What Has Worked For You???
I have tried maybe two dozen types of lists, time management techniques, rewards, incentives, etc. and can't seem to get any one to work more than, say, ONCE!!! Does anyone have any tips for slaying the anxiety/procratination beast? Even if it only lasted a month or a week for you, that would be an improvement over my success rate to date!!!
