I have been having a problem with procrastination for a long time. Some days I am able to work for eleven hours. And others I barely crank out six. The main issue is I feel stressed and sleep deprived. I have difficulty starting and staying on task. I have tried meditation, and medication for depression but nothing helped. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.
If you feel stressed and sleep deprived because you spent whole day working, balance things out. Don't work 11 hours, cut it at 8, and go have some fun. Balance the work out, maybe with some physical activities, sport, whatever.

I know it's hard, but in the end you will find you are not loosing anything by not working extra hours.

If depression is a reason for procrastination, it has to be treated first.
