Motivaider is a fairly simple beeper-like device that helps people to become more focused on their goals and intentions, remove unwanted and build better habits.

I have used in in the past, though only on very small tasks, and in a small time scale, and found it rather effective. If you have used Motivaider more extensively, please share your experiences. Thank you.
What an excellent tool.

I'll have to get one to try it out and perhaps recommend it to my clients.

Something similar I find personally very helpful is a task-monitor. I'm still looking for one that I'm happy with.

Essentially, an alarm clock that times how long you spend on a task, and therefore always giving you a time awareness.

One I'm trying at the moment is http://www.formassembly.com/time-tracker/

As for time tracker, I heard other people use http://www.neuber.com/timeanalyzer/index.html.

I use TimeTo for that purpose, http://www.davidberman.com/software/timeto.php, or Above & Beyond from http://www.1soft.com, which is the original app on which TimeTo was built.
